High Temperature-High Vacuum Furnace

High Temperature-High Vacuum Furnace

Introduction Application Specification Advantage Of Using Nanotechnology Manual And Maintenance Safety And Package

A high vacuum high temperature furnace is widely used in heat treatment processes. In this type of furnace, the product inside the furnace is surrounded by a vacuum during the process. The absence of air or other gases prevents oxidation, heat loss from the product through convection, and removes a source of contamination. This enables the furnace to heat materials (typically metals and ceramics) to high temperatures. High vacuum high temperature furnaces are often used to produce advanced ceramics such as B4C, SiC, AlON and AlN, which are used in the automotive, aerospace, construction and electronic devices industries.

  • Sintering a wide range of engineering ceramics, nitrides, carbides, oxides
  • Annealing, brazing, carburizing, and heat treatment of metals, alloys and ceramics

The High Temperature High Vacuum Furnaces provided by this company are designed and produced in four different models. Details of technical specifications are presented in the following Table.

High Temperature High Vacuum Furnace is an efficient tool for synthesis of nanostructured materials such as Photocatalytic materials, fluorescent materials, etc. For instance, synthesis of some nanostructured materials through sintering process needs applying high temperature to reduce the sintering time.
